Jared Barnett

Jared Barnett has a diverse background in entrepreneurship and commercial real estate. Prior to co-founding Unreal Capital, Jared was Vice President of Investments at SK Commercial Realty, where he assisted in the creation of SK’s Investment Sales division. Jared co-founded and served as a managing partner of Insomnia Cookies, a national retail cookie chain that sold to Krispy Kreme in 2018, and assisted in the startup operations of MDVIP, a national concierge medical practice purchased by P&G for $600 million, and participated in the startup operations and initial capital investment ClearlyDerm, Florida-based, retail-focused dermatology chain.
Jared earned his JD from the University of Georgia School of Law and his MBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He has a BA in History and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania. Jared is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association.
